Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Illegal Activity: Engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations
• Harassment & Abuse: Harass, threaten, bully, defame, or intimidate any person, including other users, employees of RevolveCore, or third parties
• Malicious Content: Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, worms, or other harmful or malicious code or content
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or attempt to access data belonging to other companies, users, or tenants on the platform
• Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying technology of the Service
• Scraping & Automation: Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Credential Sharing: Share, transfer, or allow others to use your login credentials. Each user must have their own unique account
• Spam & Unsolicited Messages: Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk communications
• Fraudulent Activity: Use the Service for fraudulent invoicing, false documentation, misrepresentation, or any other deceptive practices
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• Resale: Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the Service or access to the Service without our express written permission
• Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service or its underlying infrastructure

2. Usage Limits

You agree to use the Service within the limits of your subscription plan:

• Do not exceed the number of users included in your plan
• Do not exceed storage limits associated with your plan
• Do not use the Service in a manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure
• Do not use the API (if available) in excess of published rate limits

3. Content Standards

All content uploaded, shared, or created through the Service must:

• Be accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not contain illegal, obscene, or harmful material
• Not infringe on the rights of any third party

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to support@revolvecore.com.

5. Consequences of Violations

RevolveCore reserves the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:

• Warning: Issuing a written warning for minor or first-time violations
• Suspension: Temporarily suspending your access to the Service
• Termination: Permanently terminating your account without refund
• Content Removal: Removing or disabling access to content that violates this AUP
• Legal Action: Pursuing legal remedies, including reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate

The severity of the response will be determined at our sole discretion based on the nature and severity of the violation.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
