One control panel for your company's hands-off follow-through — reminders, follow-ups, review asks, and re-engagement, each with its own run log.
The automation hub is the control panel for the follow-through that busy companies drop: the thank-you after a job, the nudge on an unpaid invoice, the follow-up on a quiet estimate, the review ask after completed work. Each automation is a switch you flip, paired with a log of what it has actually done.
§The six tabs
| Tab | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Reminders | Automated reminder messages. |
| Follow-ups | Payment nudges and estimate follow-ups. |
| NPS + Reviews | Customer-satisfaction and review-request automation — including the review ask when a work order completes. |
| Re-engagement | Outreach to customers who have gone quiet. |
| Templates | The message templates your automations send. |
| Activity Log | The last 200 automated outbound messages. |
§Toggles paired with run logs
Every feature in the hub pairs its on/off toggle with its own run log. That design means you never have to wonder whether an automation is working — flip it on, then watch the log fill with what it sent and when. The Activity Log tab rolls everything up into one company-wide record of the last 200 outbound messages.
§What you can switch on
- ◆
Thank-you email— send customers an automatic thank-you. - ◆
Overdue escalation— escalate overdue invoices instead of letting them age quietly. - ◆
Follow-up— the payment nudges and estimate follow-ups on the Follow-ups tab. - ◆
Archive policy— rules for archiving records automatically.
Activity Log. Reading what actually went out is the fastest way to confirm the tone and timing match how your company talks to customers.§Related
