SYNC TO YOUR OWN CALENDAR

§ CALENDAR + SCHEDULING3 min READUPDATED 2026-08

Subscribe from Apple, Google, or Outlook — or connect an account for full two-way sync.

You do not have to open Revolve Core to know where you need to be. There are two ways to get your schedule into the calendar you already live in: a read-only feed that works in any calendar app, and a full two-way sync for Google and Microsoft accounts.

WHERE: Avatar chip → MY SETTINGS → My Calendar

§Option 1 — subscribe (read-only, works everywhere)

COPY FEED URL gives you a read-only subscription link that works in Apple, Google, and Outlook calendars with no sign-in required.

  1. 01Open My Calendar and select COPY FEED URL.
  2. 02In your calendar app, add a new calendar by URL — most apps call this a subscription or internet calendar.
  3. 03Paste the feed URL. Your Revolve Core schedule appears alongside your personal calendars.
NOTE
The feed is one-way: Revolve Core events flow to your calendar, but events you create there do not flow back. Calendar apps also refresh subscriptions on their own schedule, so a brand-new appointment can take a little while to appear.

§Option 2 — two-way sync

Connect your Google or Microsoft account from the same screen for sync in both directions:

  • Import personal events — your outside commitments show up in Revolve Core, so teammates scheduling around you see the real picture.
  • Push company events — your Revolve Core appointments and scheduled work land on your personal calendar automatically.

§Availability sharing

My Calendar includes a privacy toggle for availability sharing. When it is on, colleagues see only busy or free — never event names or details. It is off by default, and it stays yours: an admin can ask you to enable it, but can never switch it on for you.

TIP
If all you want is to see your schedule on your phone, the feed URL is enough. Save the account connection for when you want events flowing in both directions.
