Tour the company-wide calendar: three views, scope switching, and what lands on it automatically.
The CALENDAR tab pulls everything your company has scheduled into one place: company events, customer appointments, work orders, and tasks. Instead of opening each customer or job to see what is booked, you get a single calendar the whole team works from.
CALENDAR tab is web-only. On the phone, scheduling lives with each customer — open a customer and tap the 📅 icon next to the 🔔 bell to see and book their appointments.§Three ways to view it
Switch between MONTH, WEEK, and AGENDA at the top of the calendar. MONTH gives you the big picture, WEEK is the day-to-day planning view, and AGENDA lists what is coming up in chronological order.
§Whose schedule you're looking at
The scope switch flips between MY (only items involving you) and COMPANY (everything). Users with scheduling rights get a third option: pick a specific employee and see only their schedule — useful when you are dispatching crews or checking whether a rep is free.
§What shows up automatically
- ◆Company events.
- ◆Customer appointments booked from the Customer Schedule sheet.
- ◆Work orders scheduled in the
JOBShub. - ◆Tasks.
Some rows come from other parts of the app rather than being created on the calendar itself. Those open as read-only detail sheets — you can review the details there, but you edit the item at its source: the work order, task, or customer it belongs to.
§Company calendar defaults (admins)
Admins set company-wide calendar behavior under Masthead ⚙ gear → Admin Console → ORGANIZATION → Calendar: working days, which roles are allowed to schedule, and appointment reminder offsets (1 week, 1 day, 2 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before).
