Move a job through its pipeline, tune one customer's stages, and keep an eye on days in stage.
Company templates set the default pipeline, but the day-to-day work of moving a job forward happens on the customer record. The stage tracker shows where the job stands, lets you advance it with a tap, and lets you customize this one customer's stages without touching the company template.
§The stage tracker
At the top of the TIMELINE tab, the StageJourney tracker shows the job's progress percent and a dot diagram of every stage in the pipeline. The same stages also appear in the Active Job widget on the OVERVIEW tab, so you can work from whichever view you have open. Stages are seeded from the trade's template when the job is created.
§Advance a stage
- 01Open the customer's
TIMELINEtab (or theActive Jobwidget onOVERVIEW). - 02Tap the dot for the stage the job has reached.
- 03Confirm the prompt — stages never advance on an accidental tap.
- 04The stage becomes active, and the change is recorded in the timeline feed (filter with the
STAGESchip).
§Customize this customer's stages
Open the ✎ STAGES editor from the Active Job widget or the StageJourney header. The editor banner spells out the controls: CUSTOMIZE STAGES · TAP A STAGE TO SET ACTIVE · ← → TO REORDER. Rename, reorder, or adjust stages here and the changes apply to this customer only — the trade template and every other customer stay as they were.
§Track time in stage
The StageJourney tracker shows how long the job has sat in its current stage, which is the fastest way to spot a stalled project. If you want that number front and center, add the Days-In-Stage timer widget to the customer's OVERVIEW dashboard from the widget picker.
