Have Rev compare your documentation against the carrier's scope, surface what's missing, and draft the supplement — for anyone who files supplements.
A supplement is how you get paid for what the carrier's scope missed. Building one by hand means combing the scope line by line against your photos, measurements, and reports. Rev does that comparison for you: it reviews the file, flags what the scope leaves out, and drafts the supplement — while you stay in control of every item that goes in.
§Before you start
- ◆The carrier's scope needs to be on file — upload it to the
DOCUMENTStab under the Insurance Scope category (thePACKETchecklist shows ✓ once it's there). - ◆The stronger your documentation — photos, damage reports, weather and building code reports — the more Rev has to work with.
§Start the supplement
Ask Rev to build a supplement from the scope. Supplement-from-scope is one of Rev's write actions, so it comes back as a one-tap confirm card — nothing happens until you approve it. Confirming opens the AI Supplement screen.
§Review the findings
Rev presents its findings ranked by priority — critical, high, medium, and low — and you decide item by item what belongs in the supplement.
- 01Work through the findings list, including or excluding each item.
- 02Run the carrier-scope comparison to see Rev's findings side by side with what the carrier allowed.
- 03Watch the included-recovery total update as you include and exclude items.
- 04Draft the supplement.
- 05Refine the draft through chat — ask Rev to reword justifications, add detail, or adjust items.
- 06File it when the draft says what you need it to say.
