Turn a photo and voice walkthrough into an editable damage report you can export as a PDF and share with the carrier or homeowner.
A damage report is your documented case that the loss is real: what was damaged, where, and how badly. Revolve Core builds the report from a guided walkthrough — you capture photos and narrate what you see, and the app assembles them into a report you edit before exporting.
§The REPORTS tab
All of a customer's reports live on the REPORTS tab, grouped into HAIL / WEATHER, BUILDING CODE, and DAMAGE REPORTS. VIEW opens any report row. SELECT switches the list into selection mode so you can bulk-EXPORT PDFs — one report or several at once — and the LAST 30 DAYS filter narrows the list to recent work.
§Create a damage report
- 01Open the
REPORTStab and select+ GENERATE. - 02Choose
Damage Report. - 03Work through the walkthrough: capture photos of the damage and record voice notes describing each area as you go.
- 04When the walkthrough finishes, the report opens in the editor. Review the content, correct anything the transcription got wrong, and tighten the wording before you export.
§Export and share
When the report reads right, export it from the REPORTS tab — SELECT it and EXPORT PDFs, alone or in a batch with the weather and code reports that back it up.
Report PDFs can also reach the homeowner directly: the customer portal has a Reports tab where damage and inspection report PDFs appear, and the "Homeowner sees" preview on the customer's PORTAL tab shows exactly what they can access.
