Pull storm history for a property — hail, wind, and tornado activity over a chosen lookback window and radius — to support a claim.
When a carrier questions whether a storm actually hit the property, storm history answers it. Hail and weather reports pull the recorded hail, wind, and tornado activity around a customer's address, so you can show what passed through and when.

§Generate a report
- 01Open the
REPORTStab and select+ GENERATE. - 02Choose
Hail/Weather. - 03Pick your lookback window: 12, 24, or 36 months.
- 04Set the search radius, from 1 to 25 miles around the property.
- 05Choose which perils to include: hail, wind, or tornado.
- 06Generate the report. It files under the
HAIL / WEATHERgroup on theREPORTStab.

§Export and share
Report rows offer VIEW, plus SELECT and EXPORT PDFs for batch export. The LAST 30 DAYS filter keeps the list focused on recent work, and shared report PDFs also show up in the customer portal Reports tab.

For quick storm awareness without generating a report, the Weather Dashboard shows recent hail near your company address (last 14 days, within 25 miles), an address storm-history lookup, and the most recent national hail events. Submit the weather report alongside the damage report: the weather report proves a storm happened; the damage report proves what it did.
