The growth engine is a guided, six-step pipeline that turns your existing customer base into a source of new leads. Rev does the research and drafting; you steer and approve. While it works, a live agent journal narrates what Rev is doing, so the process is never a black box.
§The six steps

RESEARCH— Rev builds a profile of your ideal customer from your own CRM data: the jobs you have actually won, where, and for whom. No outside guesswork; the profile is grounded in your history. - 02
SEGMENTS— Rev suggests target segments based on that profile. This step typically takes 30–60 seconds. Review the suggestions and pick the segments worth pursuing. - 03
PROSPECTS— discovery runs against your chosen segments, and every prospect gets an AI score from 0 to 5 so you can focus on the best fits first. - 04
CONTACTS— contact enrichment fills in the details needed to actually reach each prospect. - 05
EMAILS— Rev writes a personalized draft for each lead. These are per-lead drafts, not one blast with a name swapped in. - 06
APPROVE— you review the drafts and approve the ones you want to send. Nothing goes out without this step.
§Phases advance on real completion
Each phase finishes when the work is actually done, never on a timer. If discovery is still running, the step stays open; when the journal shows the phase complete, the next one unlocks. Trust the journal over the clock.
§After you approve
Approved emails join the queue you manage on the CAMPAIGNS sub-tab, where you can follow each send from APPROVED · QUEUED through SENT to REPLIED. Replies also feed the OVERVIEW funnel, so the engine’s results show up in the same dashboard you check every week.
