GRADE YOUR WEBSITE

§ MARKETING3 min READUPDATED 2026-08

Run the website analyzer for an A–F scorecard and a concrete fix list covering SEO, speed, local presence, and pixels.

Your website is where prospects land after they hear your name — from a referral, a review, or an email you sent. The WEBSITE sub-tab analyzes it and hands back an A–F scorecard with a fix list, so "improve the website" turns into a checklist instead of a vague ambition.

WHERE: Masthead → MARKETING → WEBSITE

§What the analyzer checks

  • SEO fundamentals — meta tags and schema markup, the machine-readable signals search engines read.
  • Speed — how fast the site loads.
  • Local presence — how you show up locally, measured against competitors.
  • Pixels — whether tracking pixels are in place, so your other marketing can measure itself.

§Reading the scorecard

The A–F grade gives you the headline; the fix list gives you the work. Each item is a concrete change, so you can hand the list to whoever maintains your site — an agency, a freelancer, or yourself — and track the grade as fixes land.

§Making it a habit

  1. 01Run the analyzer and note your grade.
  2. 02Work the fix list, starting with the items that block search visibility.
  3. 03Re-run after changes ship and compare.
NOTE
The analyzer grades marketing performance. It is separate from the brand import that reads your logo and colors during onboarding and in Admin Console → Branding — that one styles the app; this one grades the site.
TIP
Run the analyzer before you approve your first outreach campaign. Every email you send points curious prospects at your website — make sure it is not a D when they arrive.
