Because the trigger is work-order completion, the ask arrives while the finished job is still fresh — the window when customers are most willing to write a few sentences.

Review requests key off completed work orders. If your team closes jobs without marking the work order complete, the ask never fires — good work-order hygiene is what makes this automation earn its keep.

Pair this with the completion-stage photos you share to the customer portal. A customer who just admired their finished-job photos is a customer primed to write a good review.
