What the web-only MARKETING tab contains, who can see it, and how the funnel dashboard reads.
The MARKETING tab is your growth surface: a place to find prospects, draft outreach, approve every send, ask for reviews, and grade your website. It opens full-bleed with six sub-tabs, and the OVERVIEW sub-tab is home base — a funnel dashboard plus a getting-started checklist that walks you into the rest.
§Reading the funnel
The funnel dashboard tracks prospects through five stages: PROSPECTS FOUND → ENRICHED → CONTACTED → REPLIED → BECAME CUSTOMERS. Each stage counts real records, so a glance tells you where the pipeline is healthy and where it stalls — plenty found but few contacted means drafts are waiting for your approval; plenty contacted but few replies means the messaging needs work.
§The getting-started checklist
Below the funnel, a getting-started checklist walks you through standing the system up. Work it top to bottom the first week — it points you at each sub-tab in the order that makes sense.
§The six sub-tabs
| Sub-tab | What it does |
|---|---|
OVERVIEW | Funnel dashboard and getting-started checklist. |
GROWTH ENGINE | The 6-step guided lead engine, with a live agent journal while Rev works. |
CAMPAIGNS | The approval queue — nothing sends without your explicit approval. |
REVIEWS | Automatic review requests after completed work orders. |

SETTINGS | Sending compliance: unsubscribe, physical address, suppression list. |
