A tour of the ASSISTANT hub — chat, daily notes, AI drafting wizards, and usage — and where else Rev shows up.
Rev is the AI teammate built into Revolve Core. It reads the same customer data you do, drafts the paperwork you would otherwise type, and never takes an action without your approval. The ASSISTANT tab is Rev's home base — one hub for chat, daily notes, drafting wizards, and usage.

§Drafting with Rev
The three drafting wizards — AI ESTIMATE, AI INVOICE, AI PROPOSAL — produce drafts, not sent documents. Rev assembles the draft; you review it and send it through the normal flow. AI contract generation works the same way and is governed by the standing contract language your admins set.
§Credits
AI features draw on your company's AI credits. When you run low, the hub shows a banner, a modal explains the situation, and you can buy credit packs without leaving the app. The USAGE workspace reports spend. See "AI credits and usage" in this category for the details.
§Rev is not only here
The hub is one entry point among many. Every customer has an ASK REV tab where Rev works with that customer's full file, and AI buttons appear across photos, documents, estimates, contracts, and messages.
