Long-press ASSIST on the phone to launch a real-time voice session with Rev — and open the Weather Dashboard for recent hail activity.
On the phone, Rev works hands-free. Long-press ASSIST in the action bar and a chip menu rises; slide onto a chip and release, and a full-screen, real-time voice session opens with Rev already pointed at the task you picked. It is built for the truck, the ladder, and the walk between them — talk, confirm, done.
§The voice session
The session is a live, two-way conversation: a running transcript shows what you and Rev are saying, the Talk button controls when you speak, and Cancel backs out. Long-press anywhere on the screen to dismiss the session when you are done.
§What you can launch
Each chip starts the session on a different job: TRIAGE, JOB NOTE, EST DRAFT, SCHEDULE, RECAP, DISPATCH, FIND, DAY RECAP, DAMAGE, PHOTO+NOTE, and WEATHER. Slide onto the one you want — from dictating a job note to drafting an estimate to recapping your day by voice.
§The Weather Dashboard
The WEATHER chip is the odd one out — instead of a conversation, it opens the Weather Dashboard:
- ◆Nearby hail — recent hail activity around your company address, covering the last 14 days within 25 miles.
- ◆Storm history lookup — enter any address to pull its storm history.
- ◆National activity — the 10 most recent hail events nationwide.
Use it for storm awareness: what hit near you this week, what a prospect’s address has been through, and where activity is landing nationally.
