Record an end-of-day voice note and let Rev turn it into a transcript, extracted details, and proposed actions you approve.
Daily notes turn the end-of-day ritual — everything you meant to log but did not — into structured data. You talk; Rev transcribes, pulls out the details, and proposes actions. Nothing executes until you approve it.
§Record a note
- 01Open the
NOTEStab — today's recorder sits at the top. - 02Record your note: which customers you saw, what happened, what needs to happen next.
- 03Rev transcribes the recording and extracts the entities it mentions — customers, amounts, follow-ups.
- 04Review the PROPOSED actions. Each carries a confidence level, and none is ever auto-executed.
- 05Approve the actions you want — approval is what executes them.
DAILY NOTES · RETENTION & PRIVACY.§History and the team view
The tab keeps a 14-day history of your notes and a pending-approvals list so proposed actions do not silently pile up. Admins with view-all permission also get a team-wide tab showing everyone's daily notes.
§Admin controls
The Admin Console gives admins three levers: Daily notes review under OPERATIONS shows reps' notes with action stats, approval rules control how proposed actions get approved, and DAILY NOTES · RETENTION & PRIVACY controls how long notes are kept and whether the recording-consent confirmation is required.
