Rev is not one screen — it is threaded through the app. This guide is the map: every ◆ and ✦ button, what it does, and where it lives. Use it to discover AI features hiding in tabs you already work in daily.

§Money paperwork reads itself
OCR runs wherever paper meets the books: scan a check, capture a receipt on an expense, pull an external invoice in from a photo, and scan documents for analysis.
§The Pocket Assistant
The Pocket Assistant widget on a customer's Overview is where Rev volunteers work instead of waiting to be asked. It watches what you capture and fires drafts in response: add photos, write notes, or change a triage priority, and it can produce a receipt draft, a follow-up text, or an estimate pre-fill built from what you documented. Drafts wait in the widget for you to open, edit, and send — nothing goes out on its own.
