Add RevolveCore Connect to Claude or Grok so an outside AI can look things up — or, at higher levels, keep records and send — signed in as you.
RevolveCore Connect lets you add RevolveCore as a connector inside Claude or Grok, so you can ask it about your customers, jobs, and money right from the chat you already use. It signs in as you, with your own permissions, and everything it does is logged.
§Connect
In Claude (web, desktop, or mobile): Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste https://connect.revolvecore.com/mcp, and select Add. Leave the advanced OAuth fields empty. Select Connect, then sign in with the same email and password you use for RevolveCore.
In Grok (grok.com/connectors): New Connector → Custom, paste the same URL. Bring-your-own connectors are available on paid Grok plans.
In Claude Code, add it from a terminal:

/mcpand sign in when prompted.
Signing in opens a RevolveCore page — not Claude's or Grok's — that shows which app is asking, your name, your company, and your role: "Claude wants to work in RevolveCore as you." Nothing is shared until you approve it there.
§Choose a level
On that same page you pick how far the connection can reach:

§What it can do
Today, Claude or Grok can ask who you are, list your customers, and pull up a customer overview — contacts, insurance, notes, messages, invoices, appointments, and work orders. More tools are being added in the next phases, including notes, calls, tasks, documents, expenses, drafts, and sends.
§Manage and disconnect
Everything an AI does through the connector runs as you, under your own permissions, and is logged. Owners, admins, and office users can see every connection and its activity for the whole company under Settings → Connectors; everyone else sees their own. Disconnect from there at any time, or change the level. Owners can also turn connectors off for the company, choose which apps are allowed, and set limits.
For scripts and other API agents that aren't a chat app, an owner can issue a separate External key under Settings → Connectors. It reads the whole company, writes only against an allowlist, and can never delete — ask your owner if you need one.
