On an analyzed SMS thread you will see a pill reading ✦ ANALYZED followed by an urgency level. The urgency is the at-a-glance signal — it tells you whether this thread needs you now or can wait, before you have read a single message.

Tap the pill to open the full analysis:
- ◆A summary of the thread — what the customer wants and where things stand.
- ◆A suggested next step.
- ◆Action items pulled from the conversation.
The AI also offers suggested replies in the thread, so answering a routine question can be one tap plus a review instead of typing from scratch.
§Where else AI reads your messages
