Verify your company's domain so outbound email carries your name instead of revolvecore.com.
Revolve Core sends email on your behalf all day — invoices, portal links, appointment invites, signature requests, notifications. Verifying your own sending domain puts your company name on all of it, which looks more professional and builds trust with the inbox providers your customers use.
§Verify your domain
- 01Enter the domain you want to send from — normally the one your company website and email already use.
- 02Add the DNS records shown on screen to your domain, wherever your DNS is managed.
- 03Select
VERIFY. Once the records are found, the domain is marked verified. - 04Set your From name and a Reply-To address so replies land where you want them.
- 05Send a test email to confirm everything arrives correctly.
§Until you verify
Nothing breaks while you wait. Until the domain is verified, mail sends from revolvecore.com — every message still goes out, and verification only changes whose name is on the envelope.
§Compliance built in
Outbound email honors one-click unsubscribe. Marketing campaigns are held to a higher bar still: they can only send from your own verified domain, and the MARKETING tab's settings add a physical-address requirement and a permanent suppression list.
VERIFY fails right after you add the records, give DNS time to propagate and try again — record changes are not instant.
