Revolve Core runs your whole construction business — customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, contracts, and your field team — from one account. Company signup happens on the website and walks you from choosing a plan to a fully branded, ready-to-use workspace in a single guided flow.
§Before you start
- ◆Your company website URL. The signup flow can analyze it and pull in your logo, brand colors, identity, and services automatically.
- ◆A payment card. If you take the free-trial path you can add one later from the billing pages before the trial expires.
- ◆A rough list of who you want to invite — teammates can be added during signup or any time afterward.
§The signup steps
- 01Create your login on www.revolvecore.com.
- 02Choose a plan. A monthly/annual toggle shows both prices, there is a free-trial path, and Enterprise asks you to contact us.
- 03Enter your company info, including your website URL.
- 04Add your payment card.
- 05On the
YOUR BRANDstep, the site analyzes your website and proposes your logo, brand colors, identity, and services for review. - 06Invite teammates by email and role — field rep, manager, admin, dispatcher, or office staff. This step is skippable.
- 07On the final screen, press
OPEN REVOLVECOREto land in the app — your session carries over, so there is no second login.
§The YOUR BRAND step
Rather than making you type in colors and upload logos on day one, Revolve Core reads your existing website. You verify everything it found — the logo must be an exact match before the flow will accept it — and one APPLY writes all the branding at once. Only questions your website cannot answer remain, such as your primary trade and team size.
APPLY, and the whole step is skippable. If you skip it, you can run the same analysis later from Admin Console → Branding or the company profile guided setup.§Landing in the app
