How the phone app is laid out: the hidden tab bar, the MORE sheet, the action bar, and what each role sees.
The phone app carries the same hubs as the desktop web app, arranged for one hand. Instead of a masthead, each screen has a compact header, your main hubs sit behind a hidden tab bar, and everything else lives in the MORE sheet behind your avatar.
§The screen header
Every screen header carries search, the notification bell, a theme swap, and your avatar. Tapping the avatar opens the MORE sheet — the phone's equivalent of the masthead extras.
§Your tab set depends on your role
| Role | Tabs |
|---|---|
| Admin / owner / field rep / office | CUSTOMERS · JOBS · SUBS · MONEY · ASSISTANT |
| Accountant | CUSTOMERS · MONEY · REPORTS · APPROVALS · ASSISTANT |
| Door knocker | KNOCKER · CUSTOMERS · STATS · LEADS · ASSISTANT |
| Salesperson | CUSTOMERS · CALENDAR · LEADS · COMMISSIONS · ASSISTANT |
§The MORE sheet
- ◆Admin Console (admins only) — a tile-grid version of the web console.
- ◆Settings — your personal
MY SETTINGS. - ◆Theme Studio — dark/light, palette, accent, fonts, density.
- ◆Notifications.
- ◆My Commissions — appears only when you actually have commission data.
- ◆Notes, To-Do, and Team Chat.
- ◆Logout.
§The action bar on the customer list
The customer list carries a five-button action bar: BOOK · CHAT · CAPTURE (center) · TASKS · ASSIST. CAPTURE sits in the middle because photos are the most common field action. Long-press ASSIST to fan out quick-action chips.
CALENDAR masthead tab, the voice-recorded NOTES tab, and MARKETING. On your phone, daily notes fall back to text entry instead of voice recording.ASSIST rather than tapping it when you already know what you want — the quick-action chips save a screen.
