The in-app π reporter for admins and owners β one press captures your screen and logs so nothing has to be explained twice.
When something looks wrong β or you have an idea β you should not have to leave the app, take a screenshot by hand, and write an email describing what screen you were on. The π reporter does all of that in one press: it captures the evidence first, then asks what you want to say.
Β§Sending a report
- 01Press the π button (or
Ctrl+Shift+Bon the web). A screenshot is captured first β before the dialog opens β so it shows exactly what you were looking at. - 02In
Report a bug or idea, pick a type chip:BugorIdea. - 03Describe what happened or what you want, and submit.
- 04You get a confirmation β
Report sent β Ref #XXXXXXXX. Keep the reference number if you plan to follow up.
Β§What travels with your report
- βThe screenshot taken at the moment you pressed the button.
- βWhich screen you were on.
- βRecent console and network logs.
- βDevice info and app version.
That context is the difference between "the invoice screen looked weird" and a report someone can act on without a follow-up call.
Β§If you are offline
No signal does not lose the report. It queues on your device, the button shows RETRY, and the report sends automatically once you are back online.
The button is draggable β park it wherever it stays out of your way. It floats above every screen, so it is always one press from wherever the problem is.
Idea chip liberally. A feature request filed from the exact screen it concerns β with the screenshot attached automatically β is far easier to act on than one described from memory later.
