A tour of MY SETTINGS — profile, quick replies, notifications, appearance, signature, calendar sync, connected email, security, and dashboards.
MY SETTINGS is everything that belongs to you rather than your company: how the app looks for you, how it notifies you, your signature, your calendar, your connected email. Company-wide configuration lives in the Admin Console; this is your side of the line.

§Notifications
Your preferences are a grid of notification types against channels — in-app, email, push, SMS — with a RESTORE DEFAULTS reset. A Quiet Hours card silences things overnight in your timezone, though a few types are always excluded from quiet hours: payment failed, new-device login, insurance expiring, and @mentions. Note that your company can lock certain critical notifications on, in which case they override your opt-outs.
§My Calendar
COPY FEED URL gives you a read-only subscription that works in Apple, Google, and Outlook calendars with no sign-in. For more, connect your Google or Microsoft account for two-way sync — import personal events, push company events. An availability-sharing privacy toggle lets colleagues see only busy/free; it is off by default, and while admins can request it, they can never switch it on for you.
§Quick Replies
Quick Replies is your personal snippet library. Anything you save here appears as a chip row in the SMS composer on a customer's MESSAGES tab, so your standard answers are one tap away in the field.
