SIGN IN AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

§ GETTING STARTED4 min READUPDATED 2026-08

Signing in with a password or Google, Microsoft, or Apple; recovering a forgotten password; verifying your email; and locking your account down with 2FA.

Your Revolve Core login is one account everywhere — the web app and the mobile app share it. This guide covers every door into that account: normal sign-in, the social sign-in buttons, password recovery, email verification, and the security tools that protect it all.

§Signing in

The sign-in screen takes your EMAIL and PASSWORD — with a SHOW/HIDE toggle on the password field and a remember-me option — and SIGN IN. If you prefer not to manage a password, use CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE, CONTINUE WITH MICROSOFT, or CONTINUE WITH APPLE instead.

§Forgot your password

  1. 01On the sign-in screen, choose FORGOT PASSWORD.
  2. 02Enter your email and press SEND RESET LINK. (RESEND has a short cooldown — give it a moment before trying again.)
  3. 03Open the link in the email.
  4. 04Enter a NEW PASSWORD — 8+ characters with letters, a number, and a symbol.
  5. 05Press UPDATE PASSWORD and sign in with the new password.

Reset links expire. If yours has, the page offers REQUEST A NEW LINK — no need to start over from the sign-in screen.

§Verifying your email

New accounts confirm their email address before going further. If the verification email has not arrived, the verification screen has a RESEND EMAIL button. Check spam before resending — verification emails are a frequent casualty of filters.

§Two-factor authentication

2FA adds a second requirement — a rotating 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone — so a stolen password alone cannot open your account.

  1. 01Go to MY SETTINGS → Security and press ENABLE 2FA.
  2. 02Scan the QR code with your authenticator app. A printed secret sits next to it for devices that cannot scan.
  3. 03Enter the 6-DIGIT CODE your app generates and press VERIFY & ENABLE.

Enrolled factors are listed in the same Security section, where each can be REMOVEd if you replace your phone or switch authenticator apps.

§Sessions: sign out everywhere

The SESSIONS area has one big lever: SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE. It ends every active session on every device at once.

HEADS UP
Lost a phone that was signed in? Use SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE immediately, then change your password. The lost device is signed out the moment it next reaches the internet.
