CUSTOMER LIST: SEARCH, SORTING, AND VIEWS

The CUSTOMERS tab is your home base in Revolve Core. It lists every customer in your company, sorted so the ones that need attention rise to the top, and it is the doorway into each customer’s full workspace. On desktop and tablet the list stays on screen while the rest of the app changes around it; on your phone it is the first screen you land on.

§Search

The search field at the top of the list narrows customers as you type. On web you can also press Cmd-K anywhere in the app to open global search from the masthead — you never have to leave what you are doing to jump to a customer.

§Triage-priority sorting

By default the list is sorted by triage priority, so your most urgent customers sit at the top instead of being buried alphabetically. The priority itself is set from each customer’s TRIAGE pill — see "Triage priorities" in this category for what it drives across the app.

§Filter chips and saved views

Filter chips above the list let you cut the list down to a slice you care about. When you land on a combination of filters you use often, save it as a view so it is one tap away next time instead of rebuilding the same filters.

§Archived customers

Archiving removes a customer from the everyday list without deleting anything. Use the archive toggle on the list to switch between active and archived customers. To archive or restore a specific customer, open them and use the ⚡ ACTIONS menu — ARCHIVE and RESTORE live there.

§Bulk actions and CSV export

1. 01Select multiple customers in the list to bring up the bulk-action bar.
2. 02Apply the action to everything you selected in one pass.
3. 03Use CSV export when you need the list in a spreadsheet — it exports what you are currently looking at.

§Phone extras

On your phone the customer list carries an action bar along the bottom: BOOK · CHAT · CAPTURE (center) · TASKS · ASSIST. Long-press ASSIST to fan out quick-action chips. The rest of the app’s hubs live behind your avatar → MORE sheet.
