What the TRIAGE pill does and how priority ripples through sorting, the knocker map, and your dashboards.
Triage is Revolve Core’s answer to "who do I deal with first?" Instead of every customer looking equally important, you assign each one a priority, and the app uses that priority everywhere it can to push urgent work in front of you.
§Setting a priority
Open any customer and look at the header above the tab strip. The TRIAGE pill shows the current priority; tap it to change it. Set it when a situation changes — a storm hits, a payment stalls, a homeowner goes quiet — and lower it again once things are back on track.
§What triage drives
- ◆Customer list order — the
CUSTOMERSlist sorts by triage priority, so high-priority customers surface at the top. - ◆Knocker map pins — on the
KNOCKERcanvassing map, customer pins are colored by triage, so a door knocker can see hot addresses at a glance. - ◆The Triage Snapshot widget — add it to a customer’s Overview to keep the priority story visible on the dashboard.
- ◆The timeline — every triage change is recorded in the customer’s activity feed; filter with the
TRIAGEchip on theTIMELINEtab to see the history. - ◆AI suggestions — the Pocket Assistant widget factors triage into the drafts it surfaces, so urgent customers get urgent follow-ups suggested first.
§Working the queue
The combination of triage sorting and the customer list turns your morning into a queue: open CUSTOMERS, start at the top, work down. When a customer no longer needs the spotlight, drop their priority so the next one takes their place.
