Track every contract in realtime, nudge pending signers, and read the signer timeline and audit trail.
Once a contract is out the door, the job becomes watching and nudging. The CONTRACTS tab is a live list: sent, signed, and completed status changes appear the moment they happen, with no refresh — if a customer signs while you are looking at the screen, you will see it flip.
§Reading the list
Each row shows the contract title, the signer and their signing method, the amount, and a status chip. Two actions matter day to day: OPEN and REMIND.
§The contract detail
OPEN shows the full picture: current status, the signer timeline — who has signed, whose turn it is, who has not opened yet — and the audit trail recording every event in the document’s life. When a customer claims they never got it or a dispute surfaces months later, the audit trail is your answer.
§Reminders
- 01Tap
REMINDon the contract row to re-nudge every pending signer — each one gets a fresh email pointing at their own signing link. - 02For hands-off follow-up, have an admin enable the automatic reminder cadence in Contract settings: on/off, interval in days, and a maximum number of reminders.
§Notifications and escalation
Contract signed and contract declined are treated as high-priority events in your notification system. Admins can add escalation rules on critical events — CC an admin, or escalate to a text message if nobody acts within a set number of minutes — so a declined contract never sits unnoticed overnight.
