Build block-based proposals from the STARTER template or a blank draft — and know the current phase limits.
Proposals are the persuasion layer that sits before or alongside your estimate — the document that sells the job, not only prices it. Revolve Core’s proposals are block-based: you assemble them in a builder rather than fighting a word processor.
WHERE: CUSTOMERS → open a customer → PROPOSALS tab
§Create a proposal
- 01On the
PROPOSALStab, tap+ NEW PROPOSAL. - 02Give it a title and pick a starting point: the
STARTERtemplate or+ BLANK DRAFT. - 03The block-based builder opens — assemble the proposal from blocks and save.
- 04From the list you can reopen any proposal in the builder, duplicate it as the base for the next one, or archive it.
§Current phase limits
◆ NOTE
Proposals are in their first release phase: you can create, edit in the builder, duplicate, and archive.
Send, PDF, and Present are visible but disabled, with tooltips explaining they are not yet available. To get a proposal in front of a customer today, pair it with your estimate flow.§Admin-side controls
Admins manage the proposal system in Admin Console → DOCUMENTS → Proposals hub: settings, templates with their own builder, and feature flags — plus two features worth knowing live there:
- ◆Win/loss analytics — tracks which proposals convert and which die, so you learn what actually closes jobs.
- ◆Follow-up sequences — configurable follow-up on proposals that have gone quiet, managed at the company level rather than rep by rep.
There is also an AI path: the AI PROPOSAL wizard on the ASSISTANT tab drafts a proposal for you, and it takes voice input through the mic — describe the job out loud and refine the result in the builder.
