CANNOT SIGN IN

Ninety percent of sign-in problems are one of five things. Work down the list; each step takes a minute.

§1 · The wrong door

The product lives at app.revolvecore.com (and in the iOS / Android app). The company account pages — billing, team, company settings — live at www.revolvecore.com. The same login works on both, but the marketing site sends non-admins into the app, so a field rep signing in on www is not "locked out": they are being routed to the app.

§2 · Invalid password

1. 01On the sign-in screen press FORGOT PASSWORD, enter the email, press SEND RESET LINK.
2. 02Open the link from the email on the same device and set a new password.
3. 03If no email arrives within two minutes, check spam, then confirm the address is the one the company invited — an invite to a personal address will not match a work address.

§3 · Email never verified

A brand-new login must verify its email before the first sign-in. Re-send the verification from the sign-in screen; the "Sign in and account security" guide covers what the email looks like.

§4 · Lost the 2FA device

If two-factor is on and the phone is gone, call the 24/7 line: identity is confirmed by phone, 2FA is cleared on the account, and the user re-enrols after signing in. Nobody in the company can read or bypass a code for you.

§5 · Signed in but the app loops back to the login

1. 01Sign out everywhere from MY SETTINGS → Security on any device that still works, then sign in fresh.
2. 02On the phone: force-quit the app and open it again (a stale session is refreshed on launch).
3. 03On the web: a private window rules out an extension or a cached session.
