Summarize any document or ask it questions directly from the viewer — fastest on long scopes and contracts.
Insurance scopes, carrier letters, and contracts are long, and the detail you need is usually buried on page six. The document viewer has AI built in: it can summarize the whole file or answer a specific question about it, so you get to the answer without reading every line.
§Summarize a document
SUMMARIZE produces a plain-language summary of the open document. Use it for a first pass on anything long — you’ll know in seconds whether the file needs a careful read or a quick skim.
§Ask a question
ASK A QUESTION lets you interrogate the document directly. Ask what you’d ask a colleague who had just read it, in plain language:
- ◆“What’s the approved amount on this scope?”
- ◆“Does this contract mention a deposit?”
- ◆“What’s excluded here?”
Treat the answers as a fast first read, not a substitute for one — on anything binding, verify the key numbers against the document itself.
§Ask Rev sees your documents too
The customer’s ASK REV tab can read the DOCUMENTS tab along with the rest of the customer record. The difference is scope: the viewer’s AI answers about the one open file, while Ask Rev answers across everything on the customer — “do we have the signed contract and the insurance scope yet?” is an Ask Rev question.
