Every way to get photos onto a customer — camera capture, batch uploads, quick actions, and the capture button on your phone.
Photos are the running record of a job — the condition you found, the work in progress, and the finished result. Revolve Core keeps every photo on the customer it belongs to, so anyone on the team can pull up the full visual history without digging through camera rolls or text threads.
§Capture with the camera
On the PHOTOS tab, + CAPTURE opens the camera so you can shoot photos straight onto the customer. The camera tag picker uses your company’s photo types, so you can tag each shot with the right category as you take it instead of sorting later. For the full camera tour — video clips, toggles, batch review, and offline capture — see “Camera, video, and offline capture” in this category.
- 01Open the customer and go to the

+ CAPTUREto open the camera. - 03Shoot your photos, tagging them with a photo type from the picker as you go.
§Upload from your library
When the photos already exist — on your phone, from a crew member, or exported from another app — use + UPLOAD instead. It supports multi-pick, so you can select a whole batch at once. After you pick, a batch review screen lets you look over the set before it lands in the gallery.
- 01Tap
+ UPLOADon thePHOTOStab. - 02Select one photo or a whole batch from your library.
- 03Review the batch, then confirm to add them to the customer.

§After the upload
New photos appear in the customer’s gallery, where category and stage chips keep them organized. They also show up on the TIMELINE tab as part of the customer’s unified activity feed — bursts are grouped into a single entry (for example “×12 photos”) so the feed stays readable.
