Annotate photos with the markup editor, let AI auto-tag them, and edit notes, type, and stage from the detail view.
Tapping any photo in the gallery opens its detail view — the place to annotate what the photo shows, correct its tags, and let AI do the labeling for you. It’s the difference between a picture of a roof and a documented finding.
§The photo detail view
From the detail view you can edit the photo’s notes, change its type, move it to a different stage, or delete it. Next/previous controls let you walk through the whole gallery without closing the viewer, which makes cleaning up a batch fast.
§Mark up a photo
✎ MARKUP opens the annotation editor. Use it to draw attention to exactly what matters in the shot — the damage, the detail, the problem area — so a teammate, adjuster, or customer looking at the photo later sees what you saw.
- 01Open the photo and tap
✎ MARKUP. - 02Add your annotations over the image.
- 03Save — the marked-up photo stays on the customer with your annotations.
§Let AI label your photos
◆ AI LABEL auto-tags photos so you don’t have to categorize every shot by hand. Each AI-applied label carries a confidence badge, and a low-confidence review filter surfaces the photos where the AI wasn’t sure — so you review the uncertain ones instead of re-checking everything.
- ◆High-confidence labels can generally be left alone.
- ◆Use the low-confidence review filter to find and correct the doubtful ones.
- ◆Any label can be overridden from the detail view’s type and stage edits.
