What the queue badges mean, why a photo is not on the web yet, and how to get a stuck batch through.
Photos never get lost to bad signal. The phone keeps them in a queue and uploads when coverage returns. The badges on the photo card say what is happening.
| Badge | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
⤓ OFFLINE QUEUED | No usable signal when you shot it; queued on the phone. | Nothing. It uploads itself when bars come back. Keep the app installed. |
| Uploading… | In flight. | Leave the app open on Wi-Fi for large batches or video. |
FAILED | The upload was rejected or timed out. | Tap RETRY. If it fails twice on good Wi-Fi, see below. |
§A photo is on the phone but not on the web
- 01Confirm the phone has signal or Wi-Fi and the app is in the foreground — background uploads pause on some phones to save battery.
- 02Open the customer on the phone and pull to refresh the PHOTOS tab; queued items show their badge.
- 03Check the phone was signed in to the same company; a photo taken while signed out lands nowhere.
§FAILED twice on good Wi-Fi
- ◆Very large videos can exceed the per-file limit; trim or shoot shorter clips.
- ◆Storage permission: iOS
Settings → Revolve Core → Photosmust allow access when you upload from the library (camera capture does not need it). - ◆Low phone storage stops the queue from writing; free space and retry.
§Still stuck
- ◆Send support the customer name, how many photos, the badge shown, and whether it was camera or library. The bug reporter attaches the upload log.
