Your legal identity, addresses, licenses, insurance, banking, business hours, and fiscal preferences — the one record the rest of the app draws from.
Your company profile is the single record of who your business is: the legal name on your contracts, the license number on your invoices, the address on your PDFs, the insurance certificate a GC asks to see. Fill it in once and every document, email, and portal page draws from it.
§Legal identity
The top of the screen holds your legal company name, a DBA (doing-business-as) name if you trade under something different, and your tax IDs. The EIN/tax ID and license number recorded here are what print on invoices and outbound email, so keep them current — a stale license number on an invoice is the kind of error customers notice.
§Addresses
Address fields use autocomplete: start typing and pick the match instead of keying every line by hand. The company address entered here is the one your generated paperwork and customer-facing pages show.
§Licenses and insurance certificates
License records and insurance certificates live on the same screen. Certificates support file upload — attach the actual document — and carry expiry tracking, so you can see at a glance which certificates are current and which are about to lapse. Keeping these on file here means the answer to "send me your COI" is always one download away.
§Bank and ACH details
The profile also stores your bank and ACH details alongside the rest of your business records, so payment-related paperwork can reference them without anyone hunting through email threads.
§Business hours
Business hours have a screen of their own next door at ORGANIZATION → Business hours. Hours are set per day — an open and a close time for each day of the week — so a half-day Saturday or a closed Sunday is straightforward to represent.
§Localization and fiscal
The LOCALIZATION & FISCAL setting controls your timezone, date format, currency, country, and fiscal-year start. These are company-wide defaults: dates render in your chosen format everywhere, and the fiscal-year start anchors year-to-date figures in reporting.
CURRENCY in the FINANCIAL settings category controls the symbol position and decimal handling used when amounts render. Search the settings hub for either by name.GUIDED SETUP card at the top of the General screen offers RE-RUN GUIDED SETUP → — a prefilled walk-through that touches most of this profile in one pass. See "Branding, themes, and guided setup" in this category.
