INTEGRATIONS: QUICKBOOKS, STRIPE, PHONE, AND MORE

Connect the outside services your company runs on and manage API keys, from one hub in the Admin Console.

Integrations connect the app to the services your business already uses — accounting, payments, phone and texting, file storage, email, and AI. Everything connects from one hub, and each card shows its live status so you can see at a glance what is wired up.

WHERE: Masthead ⚙ gear → Admin Console → INTEGRATIONS

The hub is a grid split into CONNECTED, AVAILABLE, and COMING SOON. Providers include QuickBooks, Stripe, phone and texting, Google Drive, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI.

§QuickBooks

Connecting QuickBooks keeps your books in step with the app. Once connected, the MONEY tab shows a QuickBooks pill with connection status and a SYNC QB quick action, and the settings hub carries QuickBooks Sync and QB Auto-Sync entries for controlling automatic syncing. See "QuickBooks sync" in INVOICING + PAYMENTS for the day-to-day workflow.

§Stripe

Stripe powers card payments. With it configured (see Stripe Config in the settings hub), invoices can be emailed with a payment link, and customers can pay their balance through secure hosted checkout in the customer portal. It is also the engine behind paid extras like certified roof measurements.

§Phone and texting

Texting customers requires the Phone add-on — a business phone number provisioned through a self-serve wizard, including carrier review. Until it is live, the SMS composer stays hidden on customer message threads. The full walkthrough is "Set up your business phone number" in TEXTS, EMAIL + ALERTS.

§Google and Microsoft

  • Google Drive — connect company file storage.
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 — company-level connections; individual teammates connect their own inbox separately under MY SETTINGS → Connected Email.

§AI settings

The AI card lets you bring your own AI key, choose the model, and set a monthly spend cap. You can test the connection, disconnect, and watch month-to-date usage from the same screen. This is optional — Rev works out of the box with AI credits; see "AI credits and usage" in REV · AI.

§Webhooks

For pushing events out to your own systems, the WEBHOOKS setting in the settings hub turns on outbound webhooks: set the endpoint URL and choose the subscribed events, and the app notifies your endpoint when those events occur.

§API keys

The API keys screen creates and revokes scoped keys for programmatic access. Each key shows its prefix, scopes, expiry, and last-used time, so stale keys are easy to spot and revoke.

HEADS UP
Treat API keys like passwords: scope them narrowly, set an expiry, and revoke any key whose last-used time does not match how you expect it to be used.
