Per-photo and per-document share toggles, plus tabs you can hide for everyone or for one customer.
The portal only shows what you explicitly share. Photos and documents each have their own share controls on the customer record, so internal material — supplier quotes, insurance working files, in-progress markups — stays out of the homeowner's view while the finished product goes in. Whole tabs can be switched off too.
§Photos
Each photo has a portal share toggle. Flip it on to publish that photo to the portal's Photos gallery, where it appears with its stage and type tags. Leave it off and the homeowner never sees it.

Sharing to the portal is different from 📤 send to customer, which emails documents directly. Shared documents live in the portal's Documents tab; sent documents arrive in the customer's inbox. Use whichever fits — or both.
§Hide a tab
On the PORTAL tab, "Tabs this homeowner gets" lists the eight content tabs; tap one to hide it for this customer (a dashed ○ chip) and tap again to show it. To hide a tab for every customer, use Admin Console → CUSTOMER PORTAL. A hidden tab disappears from the portal's tab bar and cannot be reached by link.
§Check your work
The PORTAL tab keeps score with SHARED DOCS and SHARED PHOTOS tiles, "What the homeowner did" lists their last visits, views, uploads, messages, signatures and approvals, and the "Homeowner sees" preview shows which reports are visible. For a full check, OPEN AS CUSTOMER → shows the portal exactly as they see it.
